Doug Haley’s Ulu Cutting Bowls & Knives offer a distinctive approach to food preparation, pairing a curved ulu knife with a specially designed hardwood cutting bowl. The gently shaped cutting surface works naturally with the rocking motion of an ulu blade, making chopping, mincing, slicing, and preparing ingredients both efficient and comfortable.

100% handmade in our wood studio in Berea, Kentucky, USA. We use only high quality woods including maple and cherry and we use a safe food-grade mineral oil to preserve the wood.
