Fine Wine Caddy understands the need for  privacy of our customers and respects that, We understand that it is our responsibility to protect any personal information you provide to us, which may include your name, phone number, email address, or postal address. This privacy policy states how we collect information and how we use it to serve our customers better. We may update this policy from time to time if needed. If you have concerns, check back here for the most current information.

Name and Email Address 

We collect this information when you sign up for our email list, and we use that list to notify you via email about new products, blog and other activities Fine Wine Caddy may have. This data is stored in a secure third-party service and we do not shared with other entities.

Postal Address and Phone Numbers

This data is typically only collected when you place an order with us and we ship it to you. We store this information in an internal order management system, and again it is secure and not shared with other entities.

Cookies and Third-Party Cookies 

As is the case with most websites, we have third-party systems in place that allow us to view how visitors are using our site. These systems also allow us to understand whether you have visited our site before while using the same computer and the same internet browser.

The tracking we have in place does not allow us to identify any individual information—only the computer and browser you are using and your approximate location by city and state. This data is aggregated in a reporting interface simply so we can see where our site visitors are coming from and what things on our site interest them most. These systems do not allow collection of any information that would allow us to identify you personally just from a visit to our website.

Shipping & Payment Info

FWC accepts payments from all cards accepted by PayPal. Customer does not need a PayPal account to pay this way.

FWC offers free shipping within the United States. An additional fee will be charged for an enhanced service above and faster than what FWC, the shipper has chosen. Customer is to contact FWC for an enhanced shipping service before placing an order. (Email: doug@finewinecaddy.com)

FWC ships internationally, but require customers to contact us (Email: doug@finewinecaddy.com or Fill out our International Shipping Request Form) with an list of items you want to order and your shipping address, so we can calculate an accurate shipping & handling fee. We will send you a separate Paypal invoice for shipping costs after you place your order on our website.

FWC uses USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship all products. Which carrier is used and that carriers service is chosen by the shipper, FWC. Shipments through USPS ship First Class up to one pound, by priority mail for packages over one pound. UPS and FedEx shipments are all ground.


Return Policy

FWC accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations.

  • I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within the following conditions:
  • To request a return, you must contact FWC within: 7 days of delivery
  • To receive a refund, ship item(s) back within: 14 days of delivery
  • For Order Cancellations, request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost unless it was received damaged. It is extremely important that the product/item being returned should be re-packed in the manner it was received in. This includes original box, packing materials, foam blocking and interior bracing or it will not survive return transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We not only take great pride and care in making our products, our packing process gets the same care. Last four years, 8,000 products shipped, only .001% damaged in transit.

Estimated Ship Dates of Our Products

We have estimated ship dates for all products in the description area of all products. Ship dates do not include transit time of the product. The times range from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks for the larger items. Sometimes we have inventory to pull from and can ship same or next day, your order arriving much earlier than expected. If your selection is needed quickly, you may inquire to see if that is possible. Want to see pictures of inventory we may have, our preferred and quickest method is sending them in a text message.

Within our product line, we have about 600 possible variations. We do not carry such an inventory but do concentrate on inventorying the most popular items. We are a three person shop and getting raw materials is becoming increasenly more difficult, in some cases, prices changing weekly. We continue to deliver a high quality product and sometimes that requires the customers patients.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for products that have been personalized or customized in some way. Personalized items are final sales.
