Cake - Pie Server

This handmade wood utensil referred to as a cake shovel, pie spatula, crepe spade, is used to cut and serve pies and cakes and other things as quiche and pizza.

Product Details

This wooden utensil comes in four wood choices, hard maple, cherry, bubinga, and zebrawood, all having a pegged walnut handle.

The paddle part of this utensil resawn from thicker slabs of wood and is then shaped. Then they are put into boiling water so they can be bent and then placed in a bending form. Parts are allowed to dry, then they are re-sanded and inserted into the walnut handle.

Each utensil comes with care instructions and a sanding sponge to keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

This pastry spatula is 14 1/2" long and 2 3/4" wide.
